At The Red Carpet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

    Prepare the Item

    Ensure the rug is in its original, unused condition and securely pack it in its original packaging or an equivalent protective wrap.

  • 3.
    Schedule a Pickup

    We will coordinate a courier to collect the package directly from your home at a time that is convenient for you.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement rug within 7 business days.
